• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in prohibited activities.

You agree NOT to use ScrumBoard to:

• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others

You retain ownership of all content you create within ScrumBoard, including projects, tickets, and other data. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to:

• Store and display your content to provide the service
• Process your content with AI features when you request it
• Create backups for data protection purposes
• Share content with team members you invite to your projects

ScrumBoard includes AI-powered features for ticket generation and suggestions. By using these features:

• You consent to your project context being processed by AI services
• You understand that AI-generated content may require review and editing
• You accept that AI suggestions are provided "as is" without guarantees of accuracy
• You remain responsible for any content you choose to use or publish

The ScrumBoard platform, including its design, code, features, and branding, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute our platform or any part of it
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Use our branding or trademarks without permission
• Create derivative works based on our service

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• ScrumBoard is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free service
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms.

Upon termination:

• Your right to use the service will immediately cease
• We may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy
• Provisions that should survive termination (such as limitation of liability) will remain in effect
