- Create backups for data protection purposes
- Share content with team members you invite to your projects
Important: You are solely responsible for the content you upload. Ensure you have the right to share any content and that it does not violate any laws or third-party rights.
6. AI Features
ScrumBoard includes AI-powered features for ticket generation and suggestions. By using these features:
- You consent to your project context being processed by AI services
- You understand that AI-generated content may require review and editing
- You accept that AI suggestions are provided "as is" without guarantees of accuracy
- You remain responsible for any content you choose to use or publish
7. Intellectual Property
The ScrumBoard platform, including its design, code, features, and branding, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not:
- Copy, modify, or distribute our platform or any part of it
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
- Use our branding or trademarks without permission

8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
- ScrumBoard is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free service
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months
